The European Union has once again stopped short of rewarding Serbia for the capture of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic mainly due to the Netherlands' resistance. Meanwhile, the war crimes suspect was extradited to the UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague, hours after a rally organised by Serb nationalists in his support took place in Belgrade.

Pro-EU government takes power in Macedonia
